You may use the public tools for preliminary educational, screening, and engineering-support purposes. You remain responsible for verifying every input, assumption, result, unit, and applicable requirement.
Prohibited use
Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at excessive rates, circumvent controls, or use the site to create unsafe, unlawful, or misleading work products.
No professional engagement
Using this website does not create an engineer-client relationship, professional-services agreement, certification, approval, or manufacturer recommendation.
Beta availability
The tools may be corrected, revised, limited, or withdrawn. Results may change when formulas, property data, conventions, or validation rules are updated.
No warranty and limitation
The site is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness, or uninterrupted availability to the extent permitted by law. Users assume responsibility for decisions made using the tools.
Intellectual property
The website design, original explanatory content, and software are owned by or licensed to M&H Engineering LLC. Referenced standards and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Governing framework
These terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of New York, without overriding any rights that cannot legally be limited.
